Japan is divided into 47 prefectures, which rank immediately below the national government and form the country's first level of jurisdiction and administrative division. They include 43 prefectures proper (県, ken), two urban prefectures (府, fu: Osaka and Kyoto), one regional prefecture (道, dō: Hokkaidō) and one metropolis (都, to: Tokyo).
This analysis is based on the real estate of Japan. I've conducted the analysis prefecture wise. You can go to Prefectures option to browse individual analysis. This page is the summarization of the whole analysis.

This table compares the maximum and minimum trading prices within different prefectures. This also shows the number of trades done in real-estate.
Total offers are 3,906,518 were maximum trading price is 61,000,000,000 (Tokyo) and minimum trading price is 100.
The data set contains real estate data from 2005 - 2019. The year filter is present to check offers and price differences year wise.
The BI below analyzes number of real estate offers done from year 2005 to 2019. The tree is explained by Prefectures , Municipalties, Regions, Land Types & Road Types. You can filter using year & month, months are divided in groups of three, dividing the year in 4 quarters.
